Medical providers can refer clients experiencing homelessness by submitting a referral through email or in person. Once received, our Registered Nurse will complete a clinical assessment to determine the client’s eligibility for admission. If the client meets the criteria and is able to safely participate in required daily activities, our team will coordinate their placement into the Recuperative Care Program.
